    • Behringer XR18 Rackmount Interface with Stereo Monitor Mixes for up to 6 people.

    • Shure MV7X Mics (x6) and additional Shure instrument/vocal mics.

    Note: We do not provide a computer without an in-house engineer present. You can connect the XR18 to your own computer if you would like to utilize our preset I/O arrangement.

  • You’re welcome to bring your own instruments or use what we have here. Up to you!

  • NOTE: An in-house engineer must be present for first-time rental customers.

    We have experienced sound engineers available who also supply additional samples/sounds, basic mixing and mastering for your recordings at the time of your rental, and additional support.

    (Further post-production work is available for an additional cost.)

  • Our studio is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

  • We welcome all genres and types of recording projects. Our studio is equipped to handle various music styles, podcasts, voiceovers, and more.

  • Our rental rates are simple. Either $25/hrwithout an engineer, or $50/hrwith an engineer.

  • Our minimum booking duration is 2hrs, but we can be flexible depending on availability.

  • The typical overtime rate is $30 for every half-hour past the original agreed-upon time. Additional fees may apply for specialized equipment. If you have a special request, please contact us before booking.

  • While we don’t have a separate control room for engineers, our entire recording setup is “in-the-box” and can be done in the same room with high-quality headphone mixes.

    Additionally, we have 10 seats and up to 10 headphone mixes available.
